Responsibilities:

  • Personally conduct data collection, including extracting, cleaning, and harmonizing data from multiple internal and external systems.

  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows using SQL, APIs, and relevant tools to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and validation.

  • Create dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) to support sustainability reporting and decision-making.

  • Document data processes and maintain clear records for auditability and reproducibility.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical data issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sustainability, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, automation, or project management in complex environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (including joins, stored procedures, and query optimization); experience with SEED or similar data environments preferred.

  • Experience with data harmonization, QA/QC, and reporting processes.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to create schedules and keep teams on track.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and geographies, including Latin America, North America, and Europe.

Skills:
