Acerca del role:

The Business Analyst, Intelligent Automation will be part of the program delivery team for Sysco’s Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) leveraging technologies like Robotic Process Automation, Desktop Automation, Low code / No code Automation, Hyperautomation. This role is responsible for pushing through various stages in any project delivery cycle, especially during ideation, discovery, assessment, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and hyper care.

Responsibilities

• Business Analyst to work on one or more of the following areas like RPA, ML, Conversational AI, Power Apps / Power Automate, Alteryx, Process Mining, etc.

• Build and present business case for identified automation opportunities, including but not limited to manual collection of Automation KPI metrics (volume, AHT, frequency, FTE), calculation of the GPV and NPV, project charter, etc.

• Engage functional area Subject Matter Expert to shadow process, draft Visio swimlane diagram, SIPOCS, Process Discovery Document (PDD), test script and automation run book

• Ability to identify and re-engineer the process when as-is process is not ideal for automation

• Engage Technical lead and Functional Analyst to complete Technical Assessment and finalize PDD

• Serve as liaison between business and IT, and work closely with BT technology team on a daily basis

• Build relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate progress on projects

• Ensure data integrity behind the RPA Tableau Dashboard

• Monitor bot performance, report and act to improve low performance bot (s)

• Support execution of Ask SBS Service Delivery Model

• Support various Proof of Concept initiative in process mining, ML, OCR, etc.

• Automate manual process using low code / no code tools if needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, computer science, industrial engineering or other related field

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies

• 4 years of business analysis experience is required

• 2 years of hands-on experience with RPA (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) is required

• 2 years of hands-on experience with Visio is required

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx is preferred

• Experience in agile methodology is preferred

• Sense of urgency to meet the deadline and deliver on time

• Excellent documentation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management Skills

• Not someone who is a mere instruction taker

• Well-versed both in business and technology (mostly automation)

• Willingness to learn how to use low code / no code tools if needed
