Acerca del role:

The Business Analyst will support Global Finance Transformation initiatives across Record to Report (RTR), Invoice to Cash (ITC), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. This role is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, documenting requirements, optimizing end-to-end processes, supporting system configuration, and participating in testing, Hypercare, BAU support, and reporting.
The analyst will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, Finance Operations, IT, and cross-functional business units to deliver effective solutions that enhance financial processes, ensure operational excellence, and support transformation objectives. This role will require the analysts to  manage medium to high complexity initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. This position does not include people management responsibilities.

Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders (Finance Operations, Process Owners, IT, Sales, Security, Compliance) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RTR, ITC and PTP transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops to validate requirements, assess impacts, and shape future-state processes.

  • Identify interdependencies between functional areas and ensure alignment across workstreams.

  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clarity.

Process Documentation & Design

  • Produce detailed documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, BRDs, functional designs, SOPs, test scenarios, and configuration specifications.

  • Break down complex systems into manageable components to support effective change management.

  • Support Change Management efforts by documenting and communicating future-state procedures.

Testing, Validation & System Integration

  • Lead and execute testing cycles across systems such as Workday, Salesforce, HighRadius, AS400, and cross-platform integrations.

  • Validate data flow, integrations, and system configuration to ensure end-to-end consistency and accuracy.

  • Actively participate in hands-on testing and support business testers during UAT cycles.

  • Create, track, and manage JIRA or ServiceNow tickets for defects, enhancements, and change requests.

  • Support AP transformation initiatives focusing on invoice processing, PO matching, vendor management, and payment execution.

  • Work with AP teams to document and optimize current-state processes.

  • Provide functional and operational support for AP tools, including Coupa, Workday AP, and invoice automation systems.

  • Validate AP system integrations (PO creation, invoice ingestion, match exceptions, approval workflows).

Hypercare, Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide critical Hypercare support during go-live and stabilization phases for both RTR, ITC and P2P processes.

  • Monitor issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruptions to finance operations.

  • Deliver BAU support, troubleshooting process or system issues aligned with transformation goals.

Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare weekly project updates, dashboards, and operational reports for finance leadership.

  • Deliver monthly metrics for key RTR -  ITC Or P2P performance indicators.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Recommend enhancements to system configuration, workflows, and process automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration

  • 3-5 years of business analysis experience in Shared Services, Finance Transformation, RTR/P2P, or ITC.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

  • Experience with month-end close processes, general ledger, account payable or invoice-to-cash operations.

  • Exposure to medium/high complexity transformation projects.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, Coupa, Financials, Salesforce, HighRadius, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
